What does responsibility mean to you? Does a professional, a leader need to be responsible? This may have an obvious answer, that being, 'Yes! of course!'.
Yet, have you experienced compromised and wanting leadership? Where decency, courage, decisiveness and other attributes associated with good leadership and responsibility are simply lacking?
Confronted with such leadership, the work environment becomes one of command and control, where the capabilities and talents are muted and with the high attrition environment that most businesses face to remain profitable and in the game, the employees who remain may be 'Yes men' and ones who condone and perpetuate this form of leadership.
Would you want to be this form of Leader or 'Yes man'? Would you even consider this Work? As a leader would you want a team of 'Yes men' or team members who silently disengage from contributing?
If the answer is a resounding NO!

I would be honored and delighted to work with you and / or your team as a Professional Coach / Trainer / Facilitator / Speaker.

Sadly not all leaders know the right way to lead, and even more sadly the ones who don't know are the ones who think they don't need to learn. How I wish you get a chance to train more of these non-leaders
Leaders come in many shape and forms.. sadly
