What keeps you going? Entertainers, Madonna, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars or how about sports personalities, The Joker - Novak Djokovic, Kobe Bryant, Simone Biles and you may have so many other personalities alive or who are etched and are remembered as legends; they turn your light bulb on and inspire.

Yet do you see them as apart or a part of your identity? What makes them who they are and what makes you who you are? Of course being personalities, they have gained success and in most instances fame, that in a sense makes them larger than life, yet relatable for you get their mojo.

Wouldn't you rather aspire to be a professional and leader that doesn't necessarily get results through, 'I tell you, you do, or else' (let's face it any variants of this just isn't inspiring) to one that is looked up to and gains trust, willingness and initiative even when things get tough and bring the mojo to your team?
