Life and work 2 sides of the coin

In today's realities where there is a certain foreboding and knowing that we are eclipsed with, where rapid technological advancements and disruptions to the work environment is ever present, how do we take pride in the work that we do and more importantly see a congruence with work as contributing to a life that is being lived well?

How do we carry on, especially when the road ahead seems even more challenging? Merely following rules may come at a price, however good we may be at this, at our own sense of worth, expression and competence. Are we willing to compromise in compromised systems? It may not necessarily be to have to rock the boat and compromise what little sense of security at work we have, yet is living this reality acceptable?

What worked for you in the past may have gotten you ahead, however will it continue too? Rather than resigning to your experiences, are you willing to challenge yourself to utilize your experiences to approach work as a productive space to be very much part of life and take pride in?

If the answer is YES!

Great reflection on how we can empowered ourselves to transform our lived realities. Certainly something we should all invest in.

One of my favourite quotes from Lewis Carol "you have to run twice as fast just to stay where you are". Life long upskilling cannot be over emphasised.
