I am a passionate trainer, coach, facilitator, speaker that creates possibilities and enables potential.
Experienced in the areas of corporate quality, human resource and business development, having trained and facilitated groups in presentation, interpersonal-skills, communication, team dynamics, problem-solving, mindset shift and building resilience, my expertise lies in engaging individuals, leaders and teams to gain practical skills and strategies to perform and achieve results in the highly competitive business landscape that they face.

I come with over 20 years of experience, having a 2nd Class Upper Joint Honours degree in Psychology and Sociology from The Queens University of Belfast and Masters in Business Administration - MBA with Distinction from The University Malaya.

I am ICF Certified Coach and HRDC Accredited Trainer, NLP Communication Expert and Reiki practitioner.
